Combined CT – PT / CT- VT Metering Sets

These are combination of Current & Potential Transformers units used for 3 Phase HT Metering purposes in Indoor or Outdoor applications, with accuracy upto 0.2S class-

• Oil Filled Outdoor or Indoor type
• Used for HT Metering.
• Manufacturing as per IS & IEC standards.
• Primary Current, Accuracy Class, Burden and Number of Secondary Cores / Windings as Specified.
• Combined CT-VT Metering Units and Cubicles are used for metering at high voltage side of the distribution system.
• Combined CT-VT Metering Units consist of 03 nos. single phase polyester / paper insulated CTs and 01 no. three phase polyester / paper insulated VT enclosed inside a metal tank filled with Transformer oil.

Outdoor Oil - Cooled CT / VT / PT

Continental Engineers Instrument transformers are designed to transform high current and high voltage levels down to low current and low voltage outputs in a known and accurate proportion specified by the end user.

The insulation is provided by using superior class insulating paper, EHV Grade Oil and good MS Tanks are assembled along with type tested porcelain insulation. Construction can be either Live or Dead tank type. The entire process control is as per ISO standard give the esteemed client a quality product.

Indoor Resin Cast CT / PT

These are for panel mounting application upto 11KV class manufactured with latest technologies

• Voltage Class: 6.6KV to 11KV.
• Secondary Current for CT: 1A or 5A
• Secondary Voltage PT: 110V / v3 or 110V
• Manufacturing as per Latest IS & IEC standards.

Metering Cubicles

The metering cubicles shall be installed electrically in between the incoming supply point and the step down transformer of consumer’s installation. The general arrangement of the cabinet shall be as per the approved specification.

• Combined CT-VT Metering Cubicles consist of 03 nos. single phase resin cast CTs and 01 no. three phase resin cast VT enclosed inside a metal cubicle in the lower compartment. The three phase energy meter is installed in the upper compartment.
• Combined CT-VT Metering Cubicles are Dry type in construction.
